Blackcurrant & Lemon Infused Buckinghamshire Soft Set Honey

Blackcurrant & Lemon Infused Buckinghamshire Soft Set Honey

Fruity With a Citrus Twist - Infused British Soft Set Honey

We don’t create infused honeys often. In fact this is only our second variety, when we do it’s because the combination truly makes sense. We take our time fine-tuning the recipe, using generous amounts of real ingredients so the flavours complement each other along with the health benefits, and so the honey offers more than just sweetness — something genuinely nourishing.

We’ve blended our smooth, rich Buckinghamshire soft-set honey with the deep, berry warmth of blackcurrant and a light, zesty note of lemon. The result is comforting yet fresh — gently uplifting, and beautifully easy to enjoy.

It’s the kind of nourishment that feels especially welcome at this time of year, when our bodies often ask for a little extra care.

  • Blackcurrant is naturally rich in antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which help protect the body from everyday oxidative stress.
  • Lemon brings a subtle citrus brightness along with naturally occurring vitamin C, often sought after during the winter months.
  • Raw honey, unlike most heat-treated alternatives, retains its naturally occurring enzymes — keeping its character, flavour, and gentle benefits intact.

If you’re looking for a gentler choice at breakfast, this makes a lovely alternative to jam.

Many traditional jams contain around 60% added refined sugar, used to help them set and extend shelf life. Our Blackcurrant & Lemon infusion is kept completely raw and free from artificial flavours, offering a more balanced sweetness — with flavour and nourishment coming naturally from the honey itself.

It’s a jar you’ll find yourself reaching for often: spread on toast, stirred into warm water, spooned over yoghurt or porridge, paired with cheese, or enjoyed straight from the spoon when you need something comforting yet fresh.

This honey is best kept at room/ambient temperatures, we don't advise putting it into the fridge or a cold place as it will start to harden further.
