A Beautiful Collection of Mild Honeys
Due to ongoing demand we have now made bundles of our beautiful honeys available online! In this mild honey collection we have our Lemon Blossom, Linden and Cambridgeshire Summer varieties.
Our Lemon Blossom honey with its light taste of citrus tree blossom it has a smooth light flavour with just a tiny hint of lemon. This comes from bees feeding on the blossoms of the Mediterranean lemon trees. Harvested exclusively from the Mediterranean Murcia region of Spain in small batches this is a rare honey from a beautiful region of southern Spain.
Our Hungarian Linden honey is produced during the blooming summer months, resulting in a highly nutritious superfood. Referred to as the "tree of life and health" by the Ancient Greeks, the linden tree yields bright, fragrant, and pleasantly sweet raw honey (via the bees) with a distinct herbal and fresh profile, also described as mint, menthol, and camphor.
Our raw Cambridgeshire Summer multi-floral honey is produced in the beautiful countryside and harvested in the summer months. It has a beautifully delicate floral flavour with a light yellow colour and smooth texture.

The honey may crystallise over time or in the cold and turn a creamy white colour. This is the honeys way of preserving itself and does not indicate that it has gone bad or that it is full of sugar! You can place the jar in some hot water for a few minutes and the honey will begin to go runny again.
